31 – Women seem to hate this number!!

“I just wish… time stops here”, I heard a woman screech, standing in-between of a coffee shop

The statement made me very inquisitive to know, why is that, women in India dread the age… or should I say… turning 31…? Hence, I decided to ask people I know, who have already hit the ‘so called’ scary age and those, who will be turning ‘31’ very soon. I must admit, I got the most intriguing replies…

Women said…

1. Oh… we all dread wrinkles…and 30+ is the age, you tend to get them
2. … the age itself is scary…aging starts at 31
3. 31… the age…. U need to be settled with children, or else, u too late!!! (the best of all)
4. arre… u just tend to start thinking like an old women… u mature then!!!
5. oohh u get under eye bags, dark circle, wrinkles… u just stop looking good!
6. the hell breaks lose!

Men Said…
1. Woman just looks beautiful, whatever their age might be!!
2. Woman just tend to hide their age, don’t know why
3. ah… they just get more understanding by letting us be… coz, they have so much on their mind, like making sure, the wrinkle never shows!!
4. Na… age doesn’t matter… Woman does. 30+ they just become….. even more desirable!

The list goes on… and the same

What I still fail to understand is, we all age… some hit the panic button, when they turn 25, some at 18 and many at 20, but, whats with 31???

What i fail to understand is.... What has age got to do with looking good… guys, give yourself a break…its not about appealing to others… but feeling good about how you look. We all love reading cosmopolitan, Elle, basically most of the renowned fashion magazines… and issue after issue, they all keep harping on the subject ‘wanna look Good’. Woman, if you taking the pain to read it, try using the tips to ’Get Gorgeous’

Those, who don’t wanna go for anything cosmetic…. Try a all time best mantra… ‘feel good, look good’
